Taking the information from the asset management module, any issue of non compliance is registered in the operations & control centre. This can be as varied as temperature readings being too low/high, time critical staff tasks being not completed, or a machine being below a predefined output expectation, whatever metric should engage an intervention within your business, the app builder can accommodate.
Depending on the nature of the reported fault, workflows are engaged. Some, able to be rectified through remote remediation, are allocated to the service desk team for diagnosis, where others are sent for dispatch to field engineers, and measure against SLA/KPI. On investigation, an operative can complete the job sheet, adding notes or photographic evidence and send straight back to the central team. Should a job need further engagement, from another team, they can begin an additional workflow, forwarding the job off their queue into another defined queue, replete with all the information that has gone before. No need to wait for job sheets, no need to phone back to base to reassign and update notes.
